Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Royal Belfast Golf Club's 100 Years at Craigavad commemorative collection.

As these garments are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, the following returns policy applies:

Returns and Exchanges

• All items in the 100 Years at Craigavad collection are custom-produced once an order has been placed.
• As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or style, or where the customer changes their mind after placing an order.
• Customers are strongly encouraged to review sizing information carefully before completing their purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Faulty or defective;
• Damaged in transit; or
• Incorrectly supplied,

please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order, providing:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue; and
• Photographs where applicable.

Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement item or refund.
