Shipping Policy 

Thank you for ordering from The Royal Belfast Golf Club's 100 Years at Craigavad commemorative clothing collection.

As all garments are made to order, please read the following shipping information carefully.

Production Times

• All items are produced specifically for each customer once an order has been placed.
• Please allow approximately 10 working days for production before dispatch.
• During periods of high demand, production times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Delivery

• Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
• Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched and are in addition to production times.
• Standard UK and Ireland deliveries generally arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch, subject to the carrier's service levels.
• International delivery times will vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Delivery Charges

• Shipping charges will be displayed and confirmed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

• Where available, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Delivery Information

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
• The Royal Belfast Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged or has not been received within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Claims relating to lost, damaged, or missing deliveries should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
